Jacob Bruch (no. 4) was manumitted and granted permission to emigrate in 1764. He and his family relocated to a German colony on the Volga near modern Saratov. The original document granting him permission to emigrate survives. You can find a translation of it here (external link).
A Johann Ludwig Bruch from Weinheim on the Bergstrasse married Sybilla Weinzimmer of Otterberg, 30 May 1739. He is probably unrelated to the Bruchs of Kaiserslautern or Weilerbach.
